GRASS-FED LAMB

Our lamb is raised on open pasture, where animals graze freely on diverse grasses and forages throughout the season. We raise Finnsheep and Texel crosses, pairing the Finn’s naturally delicate, mild flavor with the Texel’s muscling and tenderness for a well-balanced, refined eating experience.

Our sheep live outdoors, following the natural rhythms of the land. In the final 90 to 120 days before harvest, they are supplemented with a small amount of our own barley-forward, corn- and soy-free whole-grain blend, prepared in small batches on the farm. This non-GMO blend is third-party tested for pesticide residues and soaked prior to feeding to improve digestibility, supporting gentle marbling and depth of flavor without overpowering the character of the lamb.

This careful balance of pasture, breed selection, and hands-on finishing produces lamb that is tender, clean-tasting, and deeply nourishing, reflecting the care invested at every stage.
