GRASS-FED BEEF

Our cattle are raised on open pasture, grazing diverse grasses and forages throughout the season. They live outdoors with fresh air, sunshine, and clean water, following the natural rhythms of the land. Their diet is rooted in pasture and hay, without corn or soy.

In the final 90 to 120 days before harvest, cattle are finished with a modest amount of our farm-mixed, corn- and soy-free whole-grain ration to complement pasture intake. The ration is barley-forward, prepared in small batches from non-GMO grains that are third-party tested for pesticide residues and soaked prior to feeding. This careful finishing approach supports balanced marbling and tenderness while preserving the clean character of grass-raised beef.
