Heritage-bred Berkshire X pork, raised outdoors on pasture for exceptional flavor, tenderness, and marbling. Our pigs live with fresh air, sunshine, and clean water, allowing them to roam, root, and express natural behaviors. They are finished on a farm-mixed, corn- and soy-free whole-grain ration, prepared in small batches from non-GMO grains that are third-party tested for pesticide residues and soaked prior to feeding to improve digestibility.
