Fresh pork hocks are uncured and unsmoked, meaning they have not been salted, seasoned, or smoked in any way. This makes them a versatile base for soups, stews, beans, and long-simmered broths, allowing you to control the flavor from the start.

Rich in connective tissue and natural collagen, fresh hocks add body, depth, and savory pork flavor to slow-cooked dishes. Unlike smoked hocks, which bring a strong smoky saltiness, fresh hocks offer a clean, neutral pork foundation well suited to traditional, from-scratch cooking.

Pasture-raised and finished on a custom, non-GMO, corn- and soy-free ration.

Each package is vacuum sealed and frozen to preserve quality and freshness.
