These bone-in sirloin pork chops are cut from the end portion of the loin and offer a hearty texture with deep, pork-forward flavor. Compared to center-cut chops, sirloin end chops contain a mix of lean meat and more active muscle, making them well-suited for grilling, pan-searing, or slower cooking methods.

Raised outdoors on pasture, our Berkshire hogs are fed a carefully prepared, corn- and soy-free ration. The bone adds flavor and helps retain moisture during cooking, resulting in a satisfying, traditional chop with character.
